What we collect

• What you tell us about the work: the service you are interested in, your answers to the questions on our forms, and any photos or notes you send.
• Records of our conversations with you by phone, text, email or Facebook Messenger, and of the quotes, appointments, invoices and payments for your work.
• Basic website information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and send invoices.
• To send you updates about your request or job, such as appointment reminders, by the method you chose.
• To keep records our business and licensing require.
• To understand how our website and advertising are working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Mutt’s Electric, for example by ticking the box on one of our forms, we will text you about your request: replies, scheduling and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 6 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of doing business with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the details in the comment form, your IP address and your browser’s user agent string to help detect spam. How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will, and we will keep only what we are required to.
